Construction Technician

We’re seeking a high-performing Construction Technician to assist with all activities needed on a job site, to assist the Crew Leader, and play an integral role in meeting the expectations of the Construction Department goals.

Position Responsibilities: 

  • Exemplify the Hursthouse company culture at all times. 
  • Assist the Crew Leader in all aspects of the project including teaching and training of Laborers.
  • Assist in Managing the jobsite in the absence of the Crew Leader.
  • Timely and accurately install all hardscape, plant, lighting and drainage materials per Hursthouse standard installation methodologies.
  • Daily assist in loading and unloading of crew materials at the beginning and end of each day.
